Our range of Red Columbines. Original and colourful as well as light, varieties such as Aquilegia vulgaris 'Crimson Star' or 'Ruby Port' invite on their single or double, plain or two-tone corollas, spurred or not, shades of red. To deck your terraces and borders with flowers, also discover 'Clementine Red', a very compact latest-generation columbine, with very double flowers of intense pink-red colour, well presented to the eye. Medium to tall depending on the varieties, these columbines will brighten up your garden between May and July. They are hardy perennials and easy to grow in cool soil where they sometimes self-sow spontaneously if the stems are not cut. They occasionally produce natural hybrids with unique shapes or colours.
