Organic Celery

Organic Celery - Apium graveolens - is a biennial vegetable that comes in three forms: Celery root grown for its root, Celery branch for its stalks, and Cutting celery as an herb. It is a hardy plant known for its detoxifying and antioxidant properties. In the vegetable garden, you can sow these organic seeds or plant these organic young plants, obtained without pesticides or chemical fertilisers, from April for a harvest in autumn and winter.
