Alpine perennial plants are small mountain plants, which generally prefer well-drained and rocky, sunny terrains. These include, saxifrages, houseleeks, edelweiss, stemless gentian.
They flourish best in gardens dominated by minerals, and you can take advantage of them to create beautiful rockeries. These charming little plants have a very natural and wild appearance. Some are particularly appreciated for their delicate appearance and small size. They are small mountain plants capable of enduring cold, snow, and drought.
