Who doesn't know the Mountain Cornflower, or Centaurea montana, with its woolly stems and leaves and its characteristic deep blue flowers? An excellent robust, all-terrain perennial plant, cornflowers have suffered from their own success. Planted in many gardens, they have fallen into disuse. Brought back into fashion with new varieties, cornflowers fully fit into the trend. We love its wild appearance in contrast to very graphic flowers and, above all, its ease of cultivation. It can be used equally well in a modern garden or in a more wild garden, in shade or in the sun. Long out of fashion, cornflowers are now making a strong comeback!

You'll adore them!
