Coriander, Chinese Parsley, or Arabian Parsley is an annual herbaceous plant cultivated for its lemony-tasting foliage, its seeds, and sometimes its root. Essential in Asian cuisine, it is sown from April to September in pots or in open ground. The leaves are harvested one month after sowing. The flowering producing beautiful umbels takes place from May to June. The seeds, on the other hand, are harvested during the summer. Easy to grow, Coriander is a great source of vitamin K.
