Our Pachypodium collection, these peculiar succulent plants bring an exotic and contemporary touch to our interiors. Pachypodium lamerei, the "Madagascar palm", with its silvery trunk topped with a crown of leaves, is a classic choice. Also discover Pachypodium gracilius, a compact, rounded variety. Pachypodium rosulatum, with swollen trunks and bright yellow flowering, and Pachypodium saunderi, known for its delicate white flowers, complete this selection of unusual and decorative plants.

Native to the arid regions of Madagascar and Southern Africa, Pachypodium belong to the Apocynaceae family. Their characteristic silhouette combines a thick, sculptural trunk with rosette-like leaves, usually perched at the top of the trunk. Some species can reach up to 1.5 m in height indoors, but they remain more compact in a suitable pot.

These plants appreciate a bright, even sunny, exposure and moderate watering so allow the substrate to dry well between waterings. They prefer well-draining soil and a stable temperature of around 18-25°C. In winter, reduce watering and make sure your Pachypodium is not exposed to cold temperatures.
