This Tellima grandiflora is a perennial native to North America and it is the only species in its genre. This perennial, which resembles Heuchera, has semi-evergreen light green foliage and flowers in spring with a spike of cream bell-shaped flowers. The 'Rubra' variety, on the other hand, has dark green foliage tinged with purple and its flowers are cream-pink. These are hardy understorey perennials that thrive in shade or partial shade in well-drained soil. It is an excellent plant to use as groundcover under bushes or in a woodland corner.

You'll adore them!
