Cobaeas are vigorous climbing and perennial plants that are cultivated as an annual. The luxuriant foliage carried by twining stems easily clings to its support thanks to its tendrils. The bell-shaped flowers range from white to blue depending on the variety. The flowering period extends from July to September. In regions with mild winters, cobaeas can remain in the ground. Plant cobaeas in sun in a moist, rich and well-drained soil.
