Organic Fennel - Foeniculum vulgare - known as Bulbous Fennel is a vegetable cultivated for its pearly white bulb, as well as its leaves and anise-flavored seeds. A plant from the umbelliferous family (Apiaceae), fennel has digestive and hypotensive properties, and it thrives in humus-rich soil and sunlight. It is part of our organic selection, grown without pesticides or chemical fertilizers and certified organic. You will find the Sweet Florence Fennel, as well as the Romanesco Fennel. And for ornamental gardens, consider the Bronze Fennel with its magnificent airy foliage.
