Organic Peppers

The Pepper – Capsicum annuum - is distinguished by its mild flavor resulting from its low capsaicin content. Along with the Chili Pepper, the Eggplant, and the Tomato, it is emblematic of southern cultures and sunny dishes. The 'California Wonder' Pepper and the 'Corno di Toro' Pepper are part of our Organic range that you will enjoy planting in your vegetable garden. Certified for Organic Agriculture (AB), these seeds and plants are obtained without pesticides or chemical fertilizers. Like all peppers, they are sown early in a heated shelter, or even in a mini greenhouse, and they are demanding in heat, light, and water. They can be grown in pots as well as in open ground.
