Also known as Larkspur, Delphiniums are remarkable plants whose flowers attract butterflies. Planting in September in a rich, sunny soil, sheltered from the wind, promotes good rooting. Sowing is rather reserved for annuals and dividing the stumps for perennials. They require no maintenance, except for pruning the stem after flowering to avoid exhausting the stump. These perennials bloom from June to October thanks to long flowering spikes in blue, white or pink colors. By letting them dry upside down, they can continue to brighten the inside of your home in a bouquet of dried flowers.

You'll love them!
