Preparing your orders
Preparing your orders
Orders are prepared and dispatched on the same day if placed before 12 noon, or on your selected date.
Your plants will be picked in our greenhouses immediately after you place your order. We will check their quality before carefully packing them to ensure they reach you in perfect condition and as quickly as possible.
Our packaging is designed to protect your plants as well as possible from any knocks during transit, and is adapted to the plant size, from perennials in pots to 2.50m tall trees.
Shells, pots and packing materials are all recyclable. To reduce plastic packaging, we also offer a Plastic-Free Order option.
Plants ordered before 12 noon are shipped exclusively from our nursery in Houplines, northern France on the same day or on your selected date.
What guarantee do we offer for your plants?
We take great care to ensure customer satisfaction, and guarantee our plants for a full growing cycle: from 6 months for annuals to 2 years for trees and shrubs.
If one of your plants were to fail to establish under normal planting conditions, we'll replace it or issue you a refund. Our advisers are available via our contact form or the Chatbox at the bottom right of this page.
Your order in 5 steps
1- Your online order
Our customer service is available to guide and advise you.
2- Picking your order in our greenhouses
Plants are picked fresh from our greenhouses or outdoor nursery on the day you place your order, or on your selected delivery date.
3- Plant inspection and packaging
Plants are watered, checked and carefully packed to arrive fresh and in top condition.
If you chose the Plastic-Free Ordering option when you placed your order, each plant is packed in eco-designed cardboard packaging with the help of local partners and manufacturers. This saves an average of 500g of plastic per order.
4- Bulb packaging
Our bulbs are stored in a cool place (but not in a cold room). They are hand-checked one by one before being packed, which is carried out as late as possible to avoid any risk of mildew or drying out.
5- Shipping
Parcels are picked up by our transport partners five times a day. This means there is usually less than half a day between your order being placed on the website and it being dispatched.
