Beetroot - Beta vulgaris - is an easy-to-grow vegetable and essential in the vegetable garden, with its fleshy, sweet and tasty root appreciated raw or cooked. You can sow these seeds or plant these organic plants, certified AB, in full sun in a damp and rich soil.
