Potato blight is a disease caused by a fungus that can devastate crops. Fortunately, there are varieties of potatoes, such as Mona Lisa (Maïwen, La Passion), Desiree or Sarpo that are naturally less susceptible to blight. These varieties, more numerous than they seem, are well suited to organic farming. They allow the amateur gardener to limit the use of treatments and other pesticides in the family vegetable plot.
