Daturas or madweed is an annual herb that can reach a height of 1.40m. Its leaves are 20cm (8in) long. The flowers appear in July and have the shape of a trumpet measuring from 15cm (6in) to 25cm (10in). Their colour can be yellow, white or pink and they are fragrant. The shape of the flower can be single or double. Cultivate the Daturas in the sun in a rich and fresh soil. Attention, all parts of the plant are toxic.
