Our range of coated seeds. For precise, regular and rapid sowing, in the vegetable garden as well as the ornamental garden, with less thinning out and more homogeneous germination. Coated seeds (or pelleted seeds) are seeds surrounded by a thin mineral layer, often based on clay, which standardises and increases their size: they are easier to handle, can be positioned one by one in alveolate trays and allow for regular spacing.
You will find them among our ranges of vegetable seeds, flower seeds or lawn seeds.

Coated seeds require constant moisture in contact with the seed: the coating must rehydrate to allow the embryo to germinate. Sieved substrate, fine rain watering and temperature control specific to each species are essential. Keep the packets closed, cool and dry, as seeds remain living products.
