Our selection of fragrant Viburnums. These are truly irresistible bushes of the genus Viburnum, with deciduous or evergreen foliage, white or pink flowers, blooming in winter or spring. If you want to perfume your garden during the low season, choose Viburnum bodnantense 'Dawn' or 'Charles Lamont', deciduous, adorned with delicate pink and fragrant flowering. But also Viburnum fragrans (farreri), the winter viburnum, also deciduous, whose naked branches bear small bouquets of pink buds and white flowers with a sweet scent as soon as the weather warms up. Hybrid viburnums of the Viburnum x carlesii type (e.g. Aurora, Juddii) bloom a little later, on the young spring foliage, in charming bouquets of small flowers with an orange blossom scent. The Burkwood viburnum (Viburnum burkwoodii) is also a beautiful deciduous shrub, wonderfully bushy, with beautiful autumn colours, whose generous spring flowering diffuses an intoxicating fragrance. On the evergreen side, Viburnum odoratissimum, a shrub with beautiful glossy green foliage, is adorned in spring with pretty, slightly fragrant white blooms, and red tones in autumn.
