Discover our Lilacs or Syringa with pink flowers. The common Lilac (Syringa vulgaris) is a large deciduous bush that has produced very beautiful pink lilacs such as 'Belle de Nancy' in violine pink or 'Belle de Moscou' in a shell pink colour. These old varieties are still planted for their spring flowering, which is simple to double, so romantic and fragrant. More recently, the Chinese lilac with pink flowers has made its entrance into our gardens in the form of Syringa microphylla ‘Superba’. A bush of modest stature, ideal for a small garden, it blooms abundantly in spring and flowers again at the end of summer. Even more compact (1.30m (4ft) in all directions), perfectly suited for container gardening, the Bloomerang Lilac ‘Pink Perfume’ also has a abundant and reblooming pink flowering, with a delightful fragrance. Very early, flowering as early as April, capable of reblooming until June, the  'Red Pixie' Lilac is also a small variety. Its almost weeping habit accentuates its romantic side. Stunning in a large flowering hedge, the clusters of lilac are naturally perfect for bouquets, especially with peonies and irises. Easy to grow in any well-drained soil, in almost all climates, the Lilac is an essential bush in a flower garden.
