Collarette Dahlia

The flowers of Cactus Dahlias are composed of a crown of wide, flat petals, surrounding a central collar of small, short, and irregular petals that reveal the yellow heart of the flower. The collar is often a different colour, even highly contrasting, as seen in the Dahlia 'Pooh' or 'Bumble Rumble', adding a lot of uniqueness to these varieties. The plants do not exceed 60cm (24in) in height, making them very easy to integrate into perennial beds. The dwarf varieties, such as 'Impression Fantastico', do not exceed 40cm (16in) in height and provide a spectacular display from summer to frost in borders and flower pots.
