Organic CorianderĀ is an annual herbaceous plant cultivated for its lemony-tasting foliage, seeds and sometimes its root. Essential in Asian cuisine, it can be sown from April to September in a pot or in open ground. The leaves are harvested one month after sowing. The flowering, producing pretty umbels, takes place from May to June. The seeds, on the other hand, are harvested during the summer. Easy to grow, Coriander is a fantastic source of vitamin K.
