Description
Also known as the Inca Lily, this plant is a very floriferous hybrid. Delivered in a 10cm (4in) pot, rooted, it will bloom generously from June to the end of September. The more bouquets you make, the more you stimulate its flowering. The new yellow variety is a very bright yellow.
Height 60/70cm (24/28in), delivered rooted in 10cm (4in) pots, ready to bloom
Alstroemerias are very hardy and generous in flowering. Plant your pots in the beautiful days spaced 15cm (6in) apart, in lightened soil, mixed with sand and compost. Your soil must be worked deeply as this plant produces roots that live deep but does not like effort. Plant them in full sun and do not disturb them in the first season, mulch them for their first winter in the ground. They will delight you with their continuous flowering from June to the frost.

The flowering period indicated on our website applies to countries and regions located in USDA zone 8 (France, the United Kingdom, Ireland, the Netherlands, etc.)
It will vary according to where you live:
- In zones 9 to 10 (Italy, Spain, Greece, etc.), flowering will occur about 2 to 4 weeks earlier.
- In zones 6 to 7 (Germany, Poland, Slovenia, and lower mountainous regions), flowering will be delayed by 2 to 3 weeks.
- In zone 5 (Central Europe, Scandinavia), blooming will be delayed by 3 to 5 weeks.
In temperate climates, pruning of spring-flowering shrubs (forsythia, spireas, etc.) should be done just after flowering.
