Description
The 'Ballerina Rose' is a beautiful bush with clustered flowers. The single corolla roses bloom in clusters, giving the impression of large bouquets. It is a pink and white creation that blooms from early summer until autumn.
This vigorous shrub rose resists the usual enemies of roses, and it does not require pruning apart from the removal of dead wood. It develops in a very elegant manner, with its branches slightly bending under the weight of the flowers. Use it in a flower bed with a few tall perennials, for example. It is also suitable for use in a free hedge with other flowering bushes. It should be noted that it also performs very well in semi-shaded situations.
This 'Ballerina' Rose belongs to the family of moschata hybrids. The creations derived from Rosa moschata, or musk rose, have inherited its good vigour as well as its characteristic bouquet-like flowering that remains continuous throughout the summer. These roses also have a subtle musky fragrance that is very pleasant but discreet.

Planting and care
The 'Ballerina' Rose is perfectly suited to sunny and semi-shady situations. While it does not appreciate excessive limestone, it tolerates it. It will adapt to any garden as long as the soil is well worked and sufficiently rich. To plant your rose, prepare the soil by crumbling it and adding an amendment, such as dried blood or dehydrated horn, at the bottom of the planting hole. Water generously after planting to remove any air pockets. Water regularly for a few weeks to facilitate root establishment. Pruning is limited to the removal of dead wood, and you can optionally thin out the centre of the bush by pruning the crossing branches. As the flowering progresses, remove faded flowers to encourage the development of other buds.
Roses are often stained or unsightly at the end of summer, but this is not a problem for their development. These stains are not harmful to the rose; it is a natural phenomenon.

Hardiness is the lowest winter temperature a plant can endure without suffering serious damage or even dying. However, hardiness is affected by location (a sheltered area, such as a patio), protection (winter cover) and soil type (hardiness is improved by well-drained soil).
