Description

Annual, perennial or bulbous plant with light foliage and pretty bunches of flowers. This variety is very popular because of its flowers in flared tubes. They self-sow, sometimes in abundance, and always in the right places.

Similar to the previous species, it spreads slowly with the help of its short runners. Foliage and flowering are variable in nature, and varieties have been named. In this selection, the flowers are a very bright Chinese blue, and the foliage is a glaucous green. In warmer climates, the plant tends to go dormant in summer, flowering again in autumn.
