It is the most sought-after Hippeastrum variety for bringing blooms to the Christmas table; its vivid red colouring complements traditional end-of-year tones perfectly. It produces 4 to 6 huge, flared flowers up to 20 cm in diameter that tower on stems 50 to 60 cm tall. It brings a warm, exotic touch much welcome in the heart of winter!
