Prompt delivery. Onions in excellent condition. Beautiful flowering of a pristine white, creating a stunning effect. I am very satisfied with this choice. Analysis of the translated text: - The translation is accurate and conveys the meaning of the original text. - The use of "prompt" instead of "fast" reflects British English usage. - "Onions" is a direct translation of "oignons" and is appropriate in this context. - "Excellent" is a suitable replacement for "très bon" to emphasize the quality. - "Pristine" is used to describe the immaculate white colour, and "stunning" captures the intended effect. - "I am very satisfied" accurately translates the original phrase. - The tone of the text is maintained throughout the translation.

Description

Tulipa Triumph White Dream is an elegant and bright variety. This majestic tulip with a narrow flower has pure white petals and pairs beautifully with shades of pink and red. The flowers stand atop thick and sturdy stems, reaching 40 cm (16in) high above broadly lanceolate, green, deciduous leaves. It blooms in the heart of spring, starting in April.

Tulipa Triumph White Dream belongs to the Liliaceae family. Originally horticultural, it is currently classified in the 'Triumph' group, whose main characteristic is flowers with a narrow cup shape. They are the result of cross-breeding between early single tulips and Darwin tulips. With a wide range of colours they are sturdy and resistant flowers, suitable for flowerbeds and cut flowers. The fame of triumph tulips is well-established and they are among the most planted varieties.

Tulips are unmatched for bringing the colours of spring to pots or sunny gardens. Do not forget to consider the height and flowering period when designing your flowerbeds, as these can vary significantly from one cultivar to another. It is a good idea to plant a few more bulbs for cutting, as they make beautiful cut flowers that last a long time in a vase.

Tulip species are found in most of the Old World, from Western Europe to China and Japan, including Eastern Europe, Asia Minor, and Central Asia. Their distribution range also includes North Africa and the Indian subcontinent. The centre of diversity for the genus is located in the Pamir and Hindu Kush mountains and the steppes of Kazakhstan.

There are various wild species, many of which are endangered. These include large tulips from cultivated fields, the most well-known being the Agen tulip (Tulipa agenensis) and small tulips found in wooded areas or among rocks in the mountains. In cultivation, they are called "botanical tulips," and one of the most common is the wild tulip (Tulipa sylvestris), which often used to grow sheltered by vines and whose subspecies australis is known as the southern tulip.

Planting and care

Plant the bulbs in autumn, from September to December, at a depth of 15 cm (6in), and 10 cm (4in) apart in ordinary, slightly acidic, neutral, or slightly alkaline, loose, well-worked, and well-draining soil. Never add poorly decomposed manure or compost to the planting soil, as this could cause the bulbs to rot. Triumph tulips will thrive in moist to dry soil. Plant in a sunny or partially shaded location. After flowering, the foliage becomes unsightly and we recommend planting Heucheras, Tiarelles, Brunneras, Bleeding Hearts, Cypress Spurge, at the forefront of your flower beds. Their foliage will enhance the colors of your tulips and elegantly hide their yellowed leaves.
