Organic farming
This 100% natural organic fertiliser with root growth stimulator provides gentle, regular, low-nitrogen fertilisation perfectly suited to the specific needs of succulents and cacti. It promotes recovery and rooting, improves and maintains soil fertility, and its long-lasting action nourishes the plant deep down. It can be used in Organic Agriculture and sold in packs of 500g.

The 'Promesse de Fleurs' fertiliser for succulent plants, 100% natural in origin, maintains soil fertility and provides the necessary elements for the harmonious growth of these plants with specific needs. The presence of a root growth stimulator promotes recovery and rooting, while the richness in organic matter of this fertiliser allows for a progressive and sustainable diffusion of nutrients. The result for succulent plants and cacti is vigorous but dense vegetation. This fertiliser respects the environment and is suitable for organic farming.

Succulent plants and cacti grown in pots benefit from regular fertiliser application, mainly because they are consistently grown in a very well-draining substrate that promotes water leaching of nutrients. Accustomed to poor soils, they do not tolerate excess nitrogen, which makes them too soft and causes them to grow too quickly. On the other hand, these succulent plants appreciate the addition of phosphorus and potassium.

In the form of spreadable granules, this organic fertiliser, 'Promesse de Fleurs' NF U 42-001, is derived from the decomposition of living matter. It is formulated as NPK 3-2-4 with MgO, i.e. it contains :

- 3% nitrogen (N) total, including 2.5% in the form of organic nitrogen from composted plant and animal matter (oilcake, fruit pulp, composted poultry manure, feather powder, bones and hydrolysed meat), which is released gradually and slowly, and 0.5% in the form of mineral nitrogen, which plants can directly assimilate. This element contributes to the development of the non-reproductive aerial parts of the plant, in particular the leaves and stems.

- 2% phosphorus (P) total strengthens plant resistance and contributes to root development.

- 4% potassium (K). This element is essential in root formation, flowering, and fruit development. It is indispensable for life and directly participates in cell formation and growth. Activating more than 80 enzymatic systems promotes sap circulation and transfers sugars and proteins to roots and organs such as seeds, fruits, and tubers. A well-rooted plant will better withstand drought and environmental stress.

1% magnesium oxide (MgO) total or magnesia: This element promotes the assimilation of nitrogen, phosphorus, and sulfur. It contributes to enhancing the colour and flavour of fruits and vegetables.

The role of the root growth stimulator is fundamental: it promotes the root dynamism of plants during rootin. It creates a favourable environment capable of inducing the formation of numerous highly branched roots. Plant development is thus boosted in terms of vegetation and flowering or fruiting. A plant with a well-developed root system will better withstand water scarcity and efficiently absorb nutrients present in the soil.
