Some of the plants did not recover...the exchange was made without any problem. Thank you.
Perfect as usual. Thank you very much.
Satisfied with the plants received
The plants arrived as if they had traveled in the drum of a washing machine... Out of 2 plants, two did not survive... Anyway, it will definitely be the only experiment. Too bad.
I made some purchases that didn't all turn out successful. After returning them, I was sent (free of charge) the plants that didn't survive. Top ????
Beautiful plants and respect for the delivery deadline
Great website, very comprehensive profiles of a multitude of plants. Plantnet is a very useful tool that allows me to immediately see if the desired plant is suitable for my garden. One plant I ordered did not survive, but I was refunded within a few days. Despite very careful packaging, please note that the mini pots at attractive prices suffer a lot during transit, mainly due to the carrier not respecting the position of the package or the delivery time. But losing one out of eight plants ordered is worth it. And they recover well. The team has excellent communication, all my messages were dealt with quickly and efficiently.
The potatoes have sprouted very well and are growing very nicely.
A little disappointed with the quality and size of the products I purchased. I find the value for money not great. I'll see how my plants thrive, but I don't think I'll buy again.
Bulbs received in good condition and beautiful blooming in spring, beautiful long-lasting flowering products.
I ordered 4 clematis plants and was able to choose the date of their arrival. The packaging for this type of plant was very well done. The plants arrived on the specified day, with the root ball slightly moist and in perfect condition. Therefore, I highly recommend it.
Very beautiful twisted hazelnut tree. Plant well protected in its packaging.
The order has not arrived. I paid for express delivery and I contacted to say that it hadn't arrived. Two weeks later, still no news.
I am giving 5 stars even though I am not satisfied with my order. Why? Because La Poste took too long to deliver the plants, which arrived dead. However, a simple email and a photo to customer service allowed me to get a refund. So, I have no opinion on the plants, but 5 stars for customer service.
Parcel arrived quickly. The plants are in very good condition. Would recommend ????
Good packaging and quality plants.
Appalling order. I had requested a FULL PLASTIC delivery, but of course, I received everything in cardboard! As a result, the soil is everywhere, fortunately this time everything is identifiable! But the condition of the irises is lamentable, you can see that these flowers have suffered during the journey! The package arrived upright even though there is a direction mentioned on the cardboard: "keep horizontal, fragile, live plants". One of the irises, the Sovereign, is broken! The delivery was scheduled between May 9th and 13th. On May 8th, I received an SMS from the delivery person saying that they would notify me of the delivery. This morning, I was surprised to be woken up by the delivery person! Well yes, I am one of those people who don't live attached to their phone or computer because the delivery person's messages range from 1:40 am to 8:16 am this morning. These devices, like me, sleep at night, they are turned off! The delivery person was not happy when I took his delivery note after seeing the condition of the upright package, he forbade me from opening it on the grounds that I am not a professional! I managed to take this note and marked "delivered with reservations", which he also didn't like. But when I saw this standing cardboard, poorly taped and all this soil when I opened it because there were no plastic packaging that I had requested, I was furious! I had warned Promesse de fleurs that I did not want cardboard because the plants are poorly protected and move around everywhere, and sometimes we can't even find the identifications anymore. I have one iris that came out of the pot, fortunately the identification was on it but the plant has suffered greatly. They didn't listen to me, except for the padding with a tiny bit of bubble wrap at the bottom of the box! I want to point out, and you can check on the website, that "PLASTIC-FREE order" is a PAID OPTION!!! I wanted plastic, I sent them emails and called to make sure I was being heard, and this is the result!!! I have been a customer for years and this order, as well as the previous one, have been a waste! I will probably receive a credit or a refund, but what good is it when the plant is no longer available? I think I will stop ordering, it's getting worse and worse and they don't even listen to the customers anymore!!!
So undoubtedly the plant left France in good condition, but upon arrival in Italy, the box was half open and the plant was damaged. This is in no way your fault, but rather the fault of the carrier.
