Always missing young plants and big doubt about the ones delivered taking off.

I have placed several orders on this website now, and I am very pleased with it. The website is well-designed, the advice is sound, the selection is wide, and the after-sales service is thorough and of high quality. Unfortunately, I am deducting one star regarding the packaging, as in my opinion, it is not sufficiently protective. I have received bulbs that were partly crushed (thanks to the carrier!), or young plants that were quite roughly handled during delivery, on several occasions. It should be noted that in these cases, Promesse de fleurs has shown understanding and professionalism, which is highly appreciated.

They are very beautiful, very well packaged with care, I thank the person. I planted them the same day, they just have to shoot. Thanks to all the staff.

Usually very satisfied with Promesse de fleurs (congrats on the richness of their website), I was disappointed this time upon receiving a Heptacodium miconioides: dead branches at the base (dry and brittle), comprising 1/3 of the plant. Very annoying considering the plant starts from 3 branches at its base. Leaves marked-spotted-drooping. Clearly, the plant was suffering. I hope it will recover nonetheless. But I find it abnormal to receive plants in "poor health", especially when we're talking about a £60 plant. When 1/3 of the plant is dead, I can't believe it wasn't visible at dispatch. If you have damaged plants, please remove them from your stocks, or better yet, sell them off at a discount specifying their condition.

Lovely plant well packaged. I was informed that the delivery would be done by a carrier and despite all my instructions, the carrier simply threw the package over my gate. I am sorry about it as Promesses de Fleurs' work has been satisfying me for several years.

I received the botanical tulip bulbs in perfect condition. Also very pleased with the timely delivery. I am now looking forward to the flowering in April or May 2025. In a word, very satisfied!

I received my Weeping Beech unfortunately in bad condition. After contacting Promesse de fleurs' customer service, a replacement tree was sent to me, which arrived in perfect condition.

Due to a transport issue, I received my order with some damages. The after-sales service was very understanding and efficient. I received a new order corresponding to the damaged trees and even a bonus. Now, it remains to be seen how they will recover in the coming year.

The cluster-flowered rose Peace and Love arrived in good condition and rooted properly.

The plant arrived on time. Very well packaged in cardboard. It looks healthy and vigorous. It has been planted and is awaiting spring. But already full of promise.
