We went to the pick-up point within 2 hours of the package's arrival. But upon opening it, all we could see was the carnage inside, with some plants dried out and emptied of their soil (verbenas), others ejected from their pots (mallow), sometimes without any leaves left. The mallow plants, particularly weak (and the pot is not even 9cm), were out of their place or even out of their pot, with 2 completely leafless. The mallow and verbenas were placed vertically (!), inevitably destined to fall during transport. One of the cabbages had tumbled over and they had lost a fair amount of soil. Finally, the palm tree, which was packed more properly, had its two leaves broken and torn (probably before packaging). I attached the photos of the opening in an email sent to customer service several days ago, but it remained unanswered. This was the second time we ordered and it was even worse this time. Definitely the last time.

Delivered on time, plants in good condition and have taken well. Small issue encountered during delivery, the package of lentils leaked as a clip that was attached to the package punctured it.

Two months for the delivery of an order that will finally arrive incomplete!
The order did not arrive because the flowers were too damaged. I was not informed about the non-delivery.

I ordered from them thinking that the quantity would be there, given that it's French. Even though they are a bit more expensive than some competitors. I thought to myself, let's go with them, it's French and certainly better packaged and faster. What a disappointment it was! To start with, I ordered lovage, also known as ache, these 9 cm mountains. The package arrives, I open the box and all the lovage soil has spilled out of the pots and instead of 9 cm plants, there are only roots. I also had basil plants, and only one plant had a cardboard cover to prevent the soil from spilling out. The celery plants, on the other hand, were fine and survived the transport. That's why I still gave them two stars. Afterwards, I ordered from a competitor who was cheaper and, most importantly, each pot had a net around it to prevent the soil from spilling out, and the plants arrived intact and of good quality. Needless to say, I will not be ordering from Promesse de Fleurs again.

No, 3 weeks delay to receive half of my order. If I want the other half, I have to wait another two weeks. The customer service doesn't seem to be bothered by it and advised me to go buy elsewhere if I'm not satisfied. First and last time! No consideration for the consumer. Long live online shopping!

For the first time, I ordered small tomato plants online. Because I wanted to try a variety that I couldn't find locally: the Fournaise F1 plus a St Pierre tomato plant. Well, my order arrived on the scheduled date, but the plants were a bit distressed after the journey despite the packaging precautions. It must be said that special care is taken to protect the contents. I had to proceed with an immediate rescue, as the soil was disintegrating during planting. After fifteen days, everything is well established and the plants now look great. So in the end, I am happy. The quality-price ratio is very reasonable considering the transportation. Now, I just have to harvest some beautiful tomatoes during the summer! Raised in a container on the terrace, south-facing. Evian, Haute-Savoie.

The begonias arrived perfectly packaged while the Erigerons were unearthed and loose in the box that was way too big for 3 pots of 8 cm. There is so little material in the pot that I have serious doubts about their recovery. We'll see over time. Fast and great delivery at the pick-up point.

2nd time I've used Promesse de Fleurs. There was a problem with a plant, I sent a photo and they immediately offered me either a refund or a replacement. The new plant arrived quickly and everything is fine. Great choice for me as I live far from the big gardening stores and excellent customer service.
