I have ordered several times and the plants arrive on time and in very good quality.

I am very happy to have dared to order on this website. I have always been somewhat hesitant about ordering online, but today I am glad I did. I have already placed several orders, for which I have always been satisfied with the delivery service and after-sales support. Everything I have ordered on this site has arrived in good condition, so I am delighted. The people working for this company are courteous (both the employee I spoke to on the phone and the intermediaries), and I recommend anyone who wants to order plants online to try this site.

In my recent orders, I received plants in good condition. Except for one that was clearly dead (rotten roots) and should never have been shipped. I had to fight a bit to get it replaced without waiting several months. But overall, it was a good experience, with a wide variety of plants and reasonable prices, especially for the smaller ones.

When I received the kiwi, I was skeptical but in the end it turned out well, I recommend this website.

The delivery deadlines were not met... for 4 unfortunate seed packets! I placed the order on April 25, 2024 with delivery scheduled between May 1 and 3.... as a result, I received my seed packets on May 14! Not cool!

For a first order, it was a great experience, even though some plants seemed tired after this long journey. To be continued.

I have been using Promesse des Fleurs for years. Always good plants, reliable and fast delivery. My favorite plant supplier.

Huge delivery problem. My order was supposed to arrive between the 8th and 10th of May. I didn't receive any notification of availability. On the Chronopost website, the delivery tracking gave me the 14th of May and then the 11th of May. I picked up my package on the 13th, by chance at the pick-up point. Still no notification from Chronopost. The plants were left in the dark and heat for 7 days. I hope they will recover. The person from Promesse de Fleurs that I spoke to on the phone told me that they are not responsible. My contractual link is established with Promesse de Fleurs. Chronopost is your provider. It's up to you to manage it, not me.

It is scandalous to receive plants in such a condition. A SHAME!!!!
