The experiment will not be repeated: the provided packet contained more seed dust than healthy seeds! In the end, I might end up with about ten cauliflowers out of the advertised 100!

Not very big but delicious

Exceptional but random success / 1 success for every 3 failures due to a harsh winter, I believe, with frost at -8°C (17.6°F).

The seedlings are a bit fragile at first, but later form beautiful rosettes. Very tender raw, we liked them. At the end of the following winter, the unharvested rosettes transform into a bush covered with bright yellow flowers, much to the delight of all kinds of bees and bumblebees.

This cabbage is wonderful, I have been consuming it since I was little, it is very tasty, the traditional cabbage to eat cooked. Unfortunately, it is rarely (if not absent) on the store shelves, so I had lost sight of it... In Vietnamese cuisine, we cook it in small pieces in a pan with half a minced onion, alongside 1/4 of a steak cut into small pieces and sautéed in the pan, alongside cooking broken rice, serve by mixing cabbage and steak, accompanied by rice and Vietnamese sauce.

The sowing has sprouted well. However, I transplanted the young plants a bit late, so the peppers are only green in September. I hope they will ripen as I prefer them red. By September 15th, the plants continue to spike. To be continued...
