This is the first time I have used "promesse de Fleurs".... I am disgusted!!! The branches of both plants I ordered are broken off completely!!!

Fortunately, it was well packaged and protected because the package seems to have been mishandled. My poor bougainvillea has drooping leaves and looks unhealthy. I hope I can manage to save it. So, I'll wait before repotting it.

Received in poor condition, branches broken. I will prune it and see if it will produce anything...

Order arrived in good condition but the bougainvillea's head broke off, what a shame, lost 20cm (8in) of growth.

Beautiful plant upon reception, no flowers this year but beautiful foliage that has developed well, therefore a promising sign of flowers for next summer.

The order was received today and planted in the afternoon. However, I would like to point out that the two bougainvillea plants traveled upside down in a box marked top-bottom. One of them therefore traveled under good conditions, while the other made the entire journey upside down!!! As a result, it arrived visibly damaged and lost some soil: Photo 1: the unfortunate one that traveled upside down Photo 2: the lucky one that enjoyed a comfortable journey Photo 3: after planting, the difference in health is evident... The photos were attached to an email sent to serviceclient@promessedefleurs.com on September 26th.

A bit tired but I think it will pick up again.

Quickly growing plant, full of flowers when I thought the season was over. Thank you.
