To complete my positive review: it was the least it could do to be satisfactory considering the price of over £34!

Gorgeous plant, well-stocked, generous and already a good size! Hoping that it continues on its path and roots well!

Withdrawn from the drive at the end of August 2020, the plant is larger than expected, well developed and healthy, a pleasant surprise! I have put it in a 15-litre pot with a large cross-shaped stake so that it can spread out on the surface while waiting to be placed in a large container with a trellis next spring. Although somewhat protected in a courtyard, I hope it will withstand the winter winds on the coast... for now, it seems to be enjoying itself, it looks very beautiful.

Disappointed with the plant and especially with Promesse de fleur! I placed an order with other plants and the bougainvillea arrived completely dried out, with a broken branch and not a single leaf... I contacted customer service who told me to plant it and see if it would recover. All the other plants recovered, except for the bougainvillea. I sent photos to Promesse de fleur. It has been 2 months and I still haven't received a response. This is my second follow-up. "We place great importance on the quality and successful growth of our plants" - well, start by taking responsibility for the inconvenience caused by your transportation partners. I am not the only one who received the plant in a very poor condition, and it seems reasonable to expect a replacement or a refund if you want to retain your customers.

VERY DISAPPOINTED WITH THIS SKELETAL-LOOKING PLANT WITHOUT FOLIAGE (SUPPORT APPEARANCE) IN RELATION TO THE PRICE (£34.50). OTHERWISE, PACKAGING OF THE ORDER WAS PERFECT AS WELL AS THE DELIVERY.

Hello, The order arrived fine, albeit a few days late (on 9th April); almost all the leaves have turned yellow. I planted them immediately. I hope the plant will recover. Best regards

Order arrived in bulk... The bougainvillea has its main stem broken, there is only a young shoot starting at the base, Thin for the price paid. Regards

Bougainvillea received 10 days after the indicated date. No delivery notice left. The plant has broken branches, rubbed on the sides, and most importantly: not a single leaf left. I asked them to make a gesture or send another one... but no! Customer service advised me to plant it and wait to see if the plant comes back to life! Apparently, it's normal for Promesse de Fleurs for plants to arrive in a sorry state! I remind customer service that delivery is part of their service (even if it's outsourced) and it is UNACCEPTABLE to not take responsibility for the failures of their subcontractor. PS: I had purchased a Jasmine from a competitor B... (it was out of stock at Promesse de Fleurs), the Jasmine arrived in perfect condition in just 3 working days.

Delivery on time, well packaged. Perfectly matches my order.

Thanks to Ludivine (order preparation & quality control) and the shipping department, the plant received looks healthy. Planted near another variety of Bougainvillea, I am now waiting for it to take root...
