Excellent variety that is not afraid of the cold (down to -15 in Alsace). I give both the stems and the leaves to my rabbits who love this food. Additionally, the leaves are eaten by my chickens who don't have any other greens in winter. Deserves to be better known by poultry farmers.

I wasn't familiar with Promesse de Fleurs... but I was pleasantly surprised by the variety of products and their quality. I highly recommend it for a beautiful vegetable or flower garden.
