Damaged seedlings

Very disappointed, first order received in very bad condition, a second one was sent to me by Promesse de Fleurs as a commercial gesture, and the result is the same, tomato plants received damaged, mixed up, withered, in short I still transplanted them but they seem to be in very bad shape, I will not order this kind of product from you anymore, truly disappointed.

The packaging needs to be adjusted to the volume of the naked roots. 1st shipment: 15 naked roots 2nd shipment: 3 out of 15 in naked roots The roots are very small. The packaging boxes are too big and allow the roots to come out.

Receptacle adapted to individualize each young plants which are in good health.

For all the young tomato plants, I find them suitable for the season. I only criticize the pruning of the root balls. Some plants were naked, with the soil no longer at the base but spread around.

Disappointed, perhaps due to poor compaction of the plugs or a slightly chaotic delivery, or both, the young tomato plants arrived loose and with naked roots. I hope to be able to salvage them, but it's not easy to identify them.

Unfortunately, the young plants were returned pendant the journey and there were 2 completely unusable naked plants. Can you replace them for me? Thank you.
