Transport a little better habituated, but not entirely satisfactory.

A first very disappointing delivery, but subsequently a very good responsiveness from the customer service: a new batch of tomato young plants was quickly dispatched and arrived in good condition. To date, the tomato young plants are doing well.

I placed my order on Thursday afternoon, it was dispatched on Friday and I received it on Saturday morning. However, the young plants (kind of plant embryos) were all stunted, all dried up, all rubbish. So, wanting to spare myself the stress of whether they would survive or not, I just dumped them in the bin as they were. Then I went and bought some plants from a private seller I found on Gumtree. NEVER AGAIN!

The young plants were in a better condition than the others. Summary: either the cardboard was mishandled or there was a problem with the packaging! Let's see if there is any shoot regrowth!!!

Damaged seedlings

Very disappointed, first order received in very bad condition, a second one was sent to me by Promesse de Fleurs as a commercial gesture, and the result is the same, tomato plants received damaged, mixed up, withered, in short I still transplanted them but they seem to be in very bad shape, I will not order this kind of product from you anymore, truly disappointed.

the young plants are very small

The packaging needs to be adjusted to the volume of the naked roots. 1st shipment: 15 naked roots 2nd shipment: 3 out of 15 in naked roots The roots are very small. The packaging boxes are too big and allow the roots to come out.

Receptacle adapted to individualize each young plants which are in good health.
