Planted in October. The young plant has developed. Very beautiful flowers, just like the picture.

Very beautiful young plant. Blooms from the 1st spring.
Planted in October, the young plant has had time to settle. It has already produced 5 flowers that match the photo. It is also preparing 5 more buds. Additionally, the foliage is also developing. Very satisfied.

Aurillac (15)" would be translated as "Aurillac (15)" in British English. The name of the city remains the same, and the number in parentheses represents the department number, which would also remain unchanged in the translation.
Hello! Passing through this page, I would like to say that my calycanthus is growing very well, for the past two years. It is planted in partial shade as the sun beats down here in the summer since we are located facing south. But I am a bit disappointed with the flowers as they open nicely, in abundance, but their color is rather dull burgundy, they age poorly in my opinion and I haven't noticed any fragrance so far. Perhaps it is too shaded? I don't know. It seems to be thriving where it is nonetheless, as it is growing well and has numerous flowers.
