I bought a tall young plant measuring 120/150 cm (47/59in). It arrived pruned (top and branches cut off), in poor condition (weak foliage), in a tiny pot with completely dry substrate, therefore with very underdeveloped roots. Why sell such weak plants? I have seen smaller ones at the nursery, but much sturdier, admittedly more expensive, but you can understand why. Anyway, I immediately repotted it in fresh potting soil with compost and watered it. Let's hope it regains some strength before its final planting in a month and a half...

Hello, I am considering planting this tree about 3/4 m (10/13ft) away from a swimming pool and 2 m (7ft) away from a retaining wall that holds the raised garden. As it has a spreading habit, I was wondering if its root system is shallow and taprooted or if it spreads extensively and strongly? Thank you in advance for your response.

The young plant arrived in excellent condition and within the stated timeframe. of a good size (50 cm (20in)), it is now awaiting pruning in a suitable location in the garden.

I did not receive the correct pruning, I was very disappointed to receive a young plant one third of the announced size. Despite the commercial gesture, which I appreciate, it is ridiculously small compared to the other plants as it was supposed to align with them... I hope it will survive and grow quickly...

Beautiful young plants as usual. But VERY disappointed with the pruning, barely 20 cm (8in). It's far from the 40/50 cm (16/20in) mentioned on the website and quite far from the photo!!! 20 cm (8in) for 27 euros.... it's VERY EXPENSIVE indeed.
