The delivery of my young plant took place on Saturday and I had to travel to Brioude, which is the first time all this has happened... I still paid almost €50 in total and honestly, the plant was damaged, with the top broken, maybe in the delivery truck or due to excessive plastic packaging... I unpacked it very delicately and the top literally remained in my hand... it didn't survive. I still planted it, hoping it will recover, but we'll see... My tree arrived carefully packaged, and no branch was broken or damaged during unpacking. The pruning perfectly matched my order. I am delighted!!!

Upper habit unprotected for port but proper delivery

Nothing to do with what I thought I had ordered: It's not a tree, it's just a stem barely the size of a small shoot, a failed graft. It was supposed to match the telephone conversation prior to the order that it was a tree and not this! A salesperson mentioned in the sales presentation that it's not a tree, that it's just a common grafted stem.

I find it completely irresponsible to still offer for sale invasive species known to colonise and degrade ecosystems.

Planted last autumn but did not take, nevertheless I will try again for next year.
