T B" doesn't seem to be a complete sentence or phrase in French. Could you please provide more context or clarify what you would like to have translated?
Châtillon sur Indre" would be translated as "Châtillon on the Indre" in British English.
The tree is beautiful and its flowers too, but once again, it proves to be COMPLETELY odorless. I am tired of buying once fragrant plants that are now devoid of any scent thanks to the good care of breeders who, in my opinion, make two major mistakes: a) if one buys a plant for its fragrance, the least it should have is a scent; b) many so-called perennial plants no longer come back year after year. My hyacinths bought thirty years ago still come back, those I bought one or two years ago are conspicuous by their absence. In short, the cutting given by the neighbor is preferable.

Such a tiny thing upon arrival, even though it was very well packaged... I hope it will recover and quickly improve its appearance!!
