Superb plant, with a significant habit, arrived very quickly and in excellent condition.

Received this day a very beautiful bush of good quality.

The young plant was delivered quickly and in very good condition. It is a strong young plant that has continued to develop its flowering since being planted on the day of its reception. Very satisfied, I hope to train it into a macro-Bonsai.

Young plant mishandled in transit, planted immediately in the appropriate conditions, neutral soil, sheltered from the wind, moist soil. Did not survive the winter.

1m (3ft) plant packed in a 60cm (24in) package, the longer stems were bent and broken, the rest mostly intact was planted. It remained unchanged without any growth in summer, then did not evolve. It lost all its leaves, the stems remained green for a while but since the end of summer, the wood is completely dry, even at ground level, not yet informed of any flower promise, which have always been fine.

Arrived in good condition

Hi: I bought this young clianthus from you 7-8 months back. The plant is growing well, and is quite big. But there is no sign of flower. Do you know when it will flower in Basel or if I have to do something to make it flower?

Received this vine-plant in a "beaten up" state, delivered in a package with a 40-litre bag of compost, the carriers were not gentle at all!!! However, the responsibility lies with PROMESSES DE FLEURS... Not recommended for purchase... Claude is very angry.

Received on 07 05 2020, this young plant was delivered in the same package as 1 bag of 40 litres of soil, as well as 4 bottles of 1 litre of fertilizer, the consequences of this package being mishandled, incompetence of PROMESSE DE FLEURS staff, result, lamentable, this plant got crushed, the person who packed this package is as responsible as the leaders. Especially since these professionals know very well that carriers take no precautions and mistreat all packages. In summary, I advise against placing orders with this company that has no respect for their customers, for me it was the 2nd time, this disastrous experience is over, I am very worried, in fact the delivery is only partial, I am anxiously awaiting the delivery of the balance. Claude is very angry!
