Thank you for replacing the young plant as it is in better health and starting its flowering. It's a shame that the flowers are ephemeral.

My young plant, which arrived in a weak condition a month ago (poorly supported, broken branches), has been languishing ever since, even though I planted it in a large pot. Its leaves are droopy and it hasn't produced any new ones. Is this normal? I'm disappointed because usually, your plants are thriving.

The young plant, poorly secured in the packaging, had come out of its pot and had several broken branches. Moreover, it is small. A bit disappointed considering the price (£39)!
