Hello. I have received my order. Well packaged and serious and fast delivery. The young plant is smaller and the trunk is less thick than I thought. It has been planted, now we just have to wait for spring to see if it has recovered well and maybe enjoy its first flowers in summer. PATIENCE.

Delivery times respected. Tree very well packaged. So well packaged and so well secured to the stake by the flexible ties that it was only once planted that we noticed that the top of the tree was severed 40 cm (16in) from the top (too bad we can't include photos in this message to show you). Result: only 2 small branches remain. Hopefully the tree will recover and not become too ugly.

Received the plant, a bit wilted, but after a good watering it's perfect. Will recommend soon.

All the leaves have fallen, the branches are broken, and the bush has come out of its pot. There is only one branch left without any leaves. I am really disappointed.
