I received it on 04/06, but luckily I saw the box placed behind the gate. Actually, the delivery driver neither honked nor rang the bell!! So my poor young Gingko was in direct sunlight!!! Thanks to your excellent packaging, it survived!!! We will plant it tomorrow, right in the middle of our 3700 m2 field of plants, so it can reign like an Emperor, as it truly is ^^ Thank you again for the quality of your plants and your work :)

Hello, I find that the young plant is in good condition, even though it doesn't have many leaves. However, I am very dissatisfied with the delivery: I paid a lot more to be delivered very quickly and the delivery couldn't take place on the scheduled day without the carrier explaining why. This really upset me and I had to make alternative arrangements in a hurry.

Delivery expected quickly, I had left my keys not knowing exactly the day of delivery and especially that this package was going to be delivered by the post office while I was absent for 8 days, the tree stayed warm and without light all this time, it is now a young plant and I hope it hasn't suffered too much. It was in good condition. Best regards

This ginkgo was received well protected in double packaging. I am pleased to have found it on this website because in the garden center, I would have had to wait until spring.
