The rose arrived on time, in good condition. I am very pleased with the service.

Parcel arrived damaged, rose stems broken, also disappointed for a first order, we'll see next time.

A Wonder, I just planted it in the ground yesterday, on 06/06/2019. It was delivered with a little rose that will bloom effortlessly. Thank you again for your beautiful roses. Keep up the good work and see you soon!

Thank you to Anne-Flore (order preparation and quality control) and Clothilde (shipping), the bare-root rose received looks healthy. I'll wait until spring for confirmation (although I have never "failed" to have an old rose take root since I started planting). This is the opinion of an amateur who has successfully planted over 350 different varieties of roses in their garden.

Usually no problem with the condition of the plant upon receipt. But for this rosebush, two of the main branches are broken, a shame. I will still plant it and see if it takes root.

I was supposed to be delivered yesterday. This is the 2nd time with the 17th, 18th, 19th of April. That's 4 days wasted waiting. And still nothing. It's starting to get tiresome. Thanks to the individuals (Alexandre in order preparation & Shauna from the shipping department), the received rose bush is small but appears to be healthy. Planted near cherry laurels, I am now waiting to see its spreading...(recovery or not?). Note: received without the specific research area label, which is nevertheless essential to identify the rose bush in all seasons.
