The THORNLESS rose bush that I ordered has arrived in good condition... but I pricked myself three times just unpacking it!

The rose bush received as a replacement under warranty is perfect (2 roses). Advice for the quality service (to avoid losing "subjects" in the nursery): For potted rose bushes, be careful as I noticed that the grafting points are underground, which is a mistake as there is a high risk of rotting (as in my warranty claim). An amateur who has successfully planted over 200 different varieties of roses in his garden.

The received rose bush is perfect, thanks in particular to Hélène who took care of the quality control for this order. Indeed, this one is intended to replace the rose bush for which a credit note was issued. Note for quality: As a rose collector (with over 200 different varieties in my garden), I prefer a labelling with a 'ring' on one of the branches of the rose bush rather than a label on the pot that goes in the bin...

Cutting in great shape, splendid!

I love plants but I was disappointed that they arrived damaged. The box was crushed at one end and taped back together by the carrier, and when I opened it, there was a lot of soil in the box. Several stems of one of the roses were broken, but they will recover. This is the second time we have received damaged plants as if the carrier does not handle the box with respect for its contents.

I am eagerly awaiting the blooming of my Lady!
