3 gentians arrived as a pulp
The buckets were empty of their soil and the young plants don't even seem to have any roots. I planted a bunch of gentian plants with great difficulty.

Out of the 11 orders, this one is among the 6 that did not take root. It is not appropriate and responsible. This comment applies to all the young plants that did not take root.
