Very small buckets partially overturned in the shipping box. The tubers (roots) don't look very vigorous and have been partially broken in the shipping box. I don't expect beautiful and vigorous flowering plants this year with these young plants. As other customers have expressed regarding my previous orders, the quality is no longer there, except for my Carpenteria Californica at £34.50, but its high price couldn't justify, I suppose, poor quality. For me, the quality of your plants should be the same for all ordered plants, otherwise you should change your website with different prices based on sizes and quality of your plants. So, I do think a voucher would be a necessary commercial gesture, as replacing one plant with another of the same poor quality doesn't interest me at this time, I would prefer to change to a different plant with regrets. However, I remain loyal because you have a quite specialized selection and a convenient website with good delivery service, but I hope you will take my remarks into account to improve the quality of your shipments. PS: Will you have Villa Romaine or Atlas Rosebay Laurels this year, which have great cold resistance?

Cut, broken, thin, bent plants to fit in your plastic boxes, yellowed or rotten foliage depending on the plants, dented pots... DISHEARTENING. I see these plants in a garden centre: I don't buy them! Visually non-existent roots in the pot upon planting. I will monitor the growth (which I highly doubt). I hope I haven't bought a pot of soil.

Received yesterday, and planted immediately. It is specified that they are in dormancy. They have a tiny naked stem of barely 2 cm (1in). I'm waiting for their shoot...
