Dismal appearance

Received much smaller than in the picture, and 2 leaves broken, packaging not suitable to adequately protect during transport I think.

I was delivered on the 16th and not the 13th, the young plant was delivered lying down in the van and certainly made the journey lying down, which means that there were wood chips and potting soil everywhere in the box when I opened it, and all the bottom leaves were broken, not very nice in the end. I am disappointed.

The pot was completely overturned. All the leaves are broken. For a young plant at €40, I expected something impeccable. This is a plant that I added to my order to give as a gift on Mother's Day Sunday. Honestly, I am too embarrassed, I cannot give it in this condition. I have sent you photos on Facebook. I am waiting for you to propose a solution, hopefully quickly because Mother's Day is at the end of the week.

Same thing, except this time it was placed upside down and some of the soil from the pot spilled out, and a pallet got broken!!! The package was not secured properly and was too soft for the weight of the pot, and the carrier or the pick-up point did not position the package properly.

Despite 2 deliveries, I had to return the 2 young plants I received as they were very damaged. The second one even had its leaves intentionally cut before being sent (probably to fit the plant into the box).

Received the young plant within a very short period of time, but 3 leaves are broken due to a packaging box that was too narrow. The agave is beautiful.
