Dicentra spectabilis - Bleeding Heart

Product sheet

Ain" is the name of a department in eastern France, located in the Auvergne-Rhône-Alpes region. It is known for its beautiful landscapes and diverse flora.
Little disappointment: received without above-ground parts in autumn but still transplanted, I didn't have any flowers in spring, and the foliage doesn't exceed 30 centimetres (12 inches). Finally, the vine-plant has taken, let's give it a year, maybe it will decide to show me these spikes.

Very lovely!
Perfect, a classic that always has its effect. Received during the lockdown in perfect condition.

to pair with pink tulips...
Planted in the autumn in stony but prepared and enriched soil, the 3 young plants have grown properly and even flowered on a single shoot so far. Unfortunately, there was a sudden frost in mid-April and the delicate flowers froze, but I am confident, the tillers are established, now it's just a matter of watering them this summer...

My young plants, installed in December, have weathered the winter well. They started two weeks ago, producing cute little tillers.

Central Brittany
Small very small young plant received. I know that if it thrives it will become beautiful and strong, but it seems quite fragile to me. A plant offering beautiful clusters of flowers, I hope it will take well.

ISERE and NIEVRE
What a lovely and elegant plant.... hardy, low-maintenance, showcasing bulbs, tulips, narcissus, camassia. It also creates a beautiful spring effect when paired with polychrome euphorbia and dark red tulips!

FIELD FLOWER
The quality was very poor and these young plants did not survive this very mild winter, they already had to replace plants that did not recover. Funny warranty that cannot provide satisfaction.
