Planted last autumn in acidic soil (morning sun and afternoon shade), it blooms very well and is highly fragrant. Excellent.

Hello, Would this young plant find its place in a Breton garden? Is it toxic to pets? Especially the seeds? Best regards,

Sandra

Villefranche-De-Lonchat" translates to "Villefranche-De-Lonchat" in British English.
We were looking for a Euodia danielli for a while and couldn't find one. We finally ordered it from Promesse de fleurs. The first one, ordered in an eco-friendly packaging, arrived all broken. Promesse de fleurs sent us a second one. The young plant is not very big. We hope it will recover well and withstand possible late spring frosts. We will protect it.

It's been two consecutive years that I've had to remove it from the ground and replant it in a pot because slugs devour the leaves as they grow. They are very fond of them, as are the deer. I don't know what to do. But this time, on the second transplant, the young plant died. Furthermore, every year it starts too early and then the leaves freeze, causing a growth problem that weakens it. I have the same problem with Hovenia Dulcis, already two of them have perished, they start and then freeze, and then die.

Esserts-Blay" would be translated as "Esserts-Blay" in British English.
Once I saw this vine-plant, then I started searching for it. I visited many sites and only this one made me want to buy it. Upon delivery, there were no surprises, two vine-plants were just as described. But I must admit that I decided not to skimp and ordered the largest water, then I chose autumn to give the vine-plants a better chance of thriving. So, I'm keeping my fingers crossed for them to take root!
